History
Friona Texas Federal Credit Union opened 68 years ago in 1954. We are a cooperative, not-for-profit financial institution who believes in the power of doing things better. We are member-owned and operated through a board of directors elected by the membership. The board establishes and revises policies, sets dividend and loan rates, and directs certain operations. The result: members are provided with a safe, convenient place to save and borrow at reasonable rates at an institution which exists to benefit them. People living, working, or worshipping in the credit union's geographic area can become a member and access banking services.
